Marking the end of sparkles : 10 Years of Impact
From 2014 to 2024, Sparkles empowered women entrepreneurs across 52 countries, providing over 1,400 loans to support their dreams. Through events, fundraising, and initiatives, Sparkles drove lasting change, creating success stories that continue to inspire.
As we concluded our journey, our remaining funds were dedicated to supporting Friendship Luxembourg’s new training and production centre in Haluaghat, Bangladesh. This centre, focused on textile and craft production, will provide training and employment to women from the Garo community, a semi-matriarchal society of Tibeto-Burman origin.
